\nHe started in the industry as a trainee contracts manager in 1989 working his way to managing director in 2010, guiding the company through recessions and the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst each year increasing turnover, and increasing returns every year for the last 12 years by maintaining his personal beliefs.
\nWhilst successful the opportunity did not exist to become a shareholder \/ owner of the business, so eventually the desire and drive to start his own business within the sectors he had worked in for many years led Chris leaving with a vision of building a future for his own family.
\nWith the support of family, friends, colleagues, clients and fellow contractors Loyal Refurbishment Limited was Established on the 3rd September 2020.
\nThe Name \u2018Loyal\u2019 was founded on Chris\u2019s believe of creating excellent working relationships with clients, employees and the supply Chain which results in \u2018Loyal\u2019 repeat business hence the name.
\nWe are not chasing quantity but quality, a select few clients who trust us , and we trust them forming long lasting relationships.
