Chris Mitchell has led several ‘MTC’ projects over the past 15 years with several NHS Trusts.
Most where based on the National Schedule of Rates (NSR) with additional specifically agreed special rates for recurring elements and agreed Daywork / Subcontract Rates varying in Value from Small works up to £2.5 million in value as well as joining the NHS SBS framework scheme amongst others.
This has enabled clients to quickly procure schemes and get them on site whilst understanding the financial restraints and enabling early contractors to input into the design element of each project.
