Loyal Refurbishment Limited was set up by Chris Mitchell following a successful career working for a building contractor for 32 years.
He started in the industry as a trainee contracts manager in 1989 working his way to managing director in 2010, guiding the company through recessions and the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst each year increasing turnover, and increasing returns every year for the last 12 years by maintaining his personal beliefs.
Whilst successful the opportunity did not exist to become a shareholder / owner of the business, so eventually the desire and drive to start his own business within the sectors he had worked in for many years led Chris leaving with a vision of building a future for his own family.
With the support of family, friends, colleagues, clients and fellow contractors Loyal Refurbishment Limited was Established on the 3rd September 2020.
The Name ‘Loyal’ was founded on Chris’s believe of creating excellent working relationships with clients, employees and the supply Chain which results in ‘Loyal’ repeat business hence the name.
We are not chasing quantity but quality, a select few clients who trust us , and we trust them forming long lasting relationships.
Our first order was received 1st October 2020 and the company started trading.
